3.5 phppg reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
KYC Verification: phppg may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and verification of your registered payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
4.1 phppg accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phppg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

10.3 phppg does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phppg will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phppg's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
